WD-ZD-W1703冷挤压自动生产线
产品用途：
本生产线是根据用户提供的产品参数及要求设计的冷挤压自动化生产线。本产线可以生产按客户提供的三种产品，但在更换产品的时候需调整振动盘和输送带的宽度，更换模具等，调整机械手的参数。WD-ZD-W1703生产线集PT-F001液压翻斗机、PT-TS01提料机、PT-ZD01振动盘装置、PT-SP-01输送带、YSM-500BS伺服油压机、PT-1002二轴双夹手机械手、PT-XC01吸尘装置、控制系统等集于一体。
Product use:
This production line is a cold extrusion automatic production line designed according to the product parameters and requirements provided by users. This production line can produce three kinds of products provided by customers, but when replacing products, it is necessary to adjust the width of the vibration disc and conveyor belt, replace the mold, etc., and adjust the parameters of the manipulator. WD-ZD-W1703 production line integrates PT-F001 hydraulic tipping machine, PT-TS01 lifting machine, PT-ZD01 vibration disc device, PT-SP-01 conveyor belt, YSM-500BS servo hydraulic press, PT-1002 two-axis double-clamp hand manipulator, PT-XC01 dust suction device, control system and so on.
