一、机器用途、工作条件：
本机器适用于钢材、可塑性材料的冷挤压、热挤压,冲裁、落料、压延、压印、成型以及结构的校正工艺。机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，并采用触摸屏显示位移与产品计数，触摸屏+PLC+光栅尺组合，方便设置与控制滑块上限、快转慢、下限和保压时间等。可实现调整及自动两种工作方式。每种工作状态均可实现定压及定程两种压制方式。

I.Machine Applications and Working Conditions:
This machine is suitable for cold extrusion, hot extrusion, blanking, calendering, stamping, forming, and structural correction processes of steel and plastic materials. The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, and uses a touch screen to display displacement and product counting. The combination of touch screen + PLC + grating ruler facilitates the setting and control of the upper limit of the slider, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time. It can achieve both adjustable and automatic working modes. Each working state can achieve both constant pressure and constant stroke pressing methods.

二、工艺动作：

启动电机一主快速下行一主紅慢速压制一主缸保压(保压时间1-60秒可调)一主缸退回，取件(完成一个工作循环)。手动可单独控制每个动作。

II. Process Actions:

Start the motor – main cylinder moves rapidly downwards – main cylinder moves slowly downwards – main cylinder holds pressure (pressure holding time adjustable from 1-60 seconds) – main cylinder retracts, removing the part (completing one work cycle). Each action can be manually controlled individually.
