一、机器用途、工作条件Machine usage and working conditions:
本机器适用于钢材、可塑性材料的冷挤压、热挤压,冲裁、落料、压延、压印、成型以及结构的校正工艺。机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，并采用触摸屏显示位移与产品计数，触摸屏+PLC+光栅尺组合，方便设置与控制滑块上限、快转慢、下限和保压时间等。可实现调整及自动两种工作方式。每种工作状态均可实现定压及定程两种压制方式。

This machine is suitable for cold extrusion, hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction processes of steel and plastic materials. The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, and uses a touch screen to display displacement and product counting. The combination of touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler makes it easy to set and control the upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time of the slider. It can achieve two working modes: adjustment and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke.

2.2典型工艺动作:启动电机一主缸快速下行一主缸慢速压制一主缸回程一下顶料缸顶出一下料缸退回(电子尺控制)，完成一个工作循环。

2.2 Typical process actions: Start the motor——quickly descend the main cylinder——slowly press the main cylinder——return the main cylinder——push out the top material cylinder——and then retract the material cylinder (controlled by an electronic ruler)——completing a work cycle.
