一、机器用途、工作条件及动作
本机器适用于金属薄板的压延、压印、成型及塑性板材的浅拉伸工艺、例如：手表表壳、表底盖、表带、各种金银首饰、徽章纪念币的压制，也适用于各种餐具、灯饰的成型及零部件校正压装。
机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，并采用触摸屏显示位移与产品计数、触摸屏+PLC+光栅位移控制组合，方便设置与控制滑块上限、快转慢、下限和保压时间。机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，可实现手动调整和半自动及自动三种工作方式。每种工作状态均可实现精确位移定程及定压两种压制方式。

The machine has an independent hydraulic system and electrical system, and adopts the combination of touch screen display displacement and product counting, touch screen +PLC+ grating displacement control, which is convenient to set and control the upper limit of the slider, fast turn slow, lower limit and pressure holding time. The machine has independent hydraulic system and electrical system, which can realize manual adjustment and semi-automatic and automatic three working modes. Each working state can achieve accurate displacement and fixed pressure two pressing methods.
