本机器适用于各种金属材料及可塑性材料的精密弯曲、翻边、冲孔、切边、成型、校正、校平、压装、家用电器如煲类、锅类的成型、覆底等工艺，在汽摩配件、LED散热器、板式换热器等的精密冷、热挤压成型应用更为广泛。
电气系统采用触摸屏显示精准位移与产品计数，触摸屏电脑＋PLC＋电子位移尺组合，方便设置与控制滑块上限、快转慢、下限、保压时间等参数。可实现手动调整和半自动及自动三种工作方式。每种工作状态均可实现精确位移定程及伺服比例定压两种压制方式。
