特点：主机机身采用框架式结构，工作方式选择：有调整、半自动（单次循环）两种工作规范，有定压成型与定程成型两种成型方式。液压机上梁、滑块与油缸接合处等设置了挡油措施。结构件经先进设备进行精加工，保证了整体机身外观平整美观、精度高、刚性好。工作台尺寸应与冲压模具尺寸配合设计制作，工作台孔径T形槽及布局应与冲压模具尺寸配合设计制作。滑块为全钢板焊接箱型结构，滑块行程400，滑块设有位移传感器发讯装置和行程极限限位装置，能有效防止超程。液压系统低压大通径管道有柔性接头隔震，通径32 以上的管道均采用法兰式连接，耐震、防漏性能好；液压油工作油温不得超过50±5℃，需进行防凝露滴水处理
